On June 14, 2025, Kiev became the epicenter of Ukraine and the web3 community around the world as it hosted the Inculopation Conference 2025, held by Ukraine’s largest crypto media outlet.

Additionally, nearly 750,000 UAHs were raised to support Ukrainian soldiers during the charity auction held at the event.
Throughout the day, attendees listened to presentations from industry-leading experts, took part in networking and explored the latest products in the crypto industry. More than 25 speakers took the stage, including developers, blockchain CEOs, crypto-centric companies and representatives from Ukrainian provincial authorities.
Among the notable guests were Bitcoin developer Peter Todd, whom HBO calls the potential Nakamoto at, and several Ukrainian officials actively involved in shaping crypto regulations. Other notable speakers include Anton Diuba (CEO of Doubletop), Kostiantyn Kudo (Cryptology Key), Cryptomannn, and various experts in Crypto Markets, Web3, trading, and cybersecurity.
The meeting featured the crypto community’s prestopics. We discussed the regulation of digital assets in Ukraine, the evolution of Web3, trading strategies, prevention measures, and the current state of the market. Participants were not only able to listen to speaker presentations, but they were also involved behind the scenes.
Incrypted has also organized an online live stream of the conference, which has already been viewed by over 8,000 people. As part of Ukraine’s Blockchain Week, the team also held an online marathon ahead of the offline event. The broadcast featured players from top industry players, including Richard Tenn (CEO of Binans), Illya Poloskin (co-founder of Near Near Protocol), Armani Ferrante (backpack founder), and OKX’s Jason Lau.
The meeting was supported by over 30 partners, many of whom had booths where visitors could test their services, win prizes and talk directly to the project team.
In partnership with Incrypted Conference 2025, more than 40 media outlets, including international media, are evidence of growing global interest in the Ukrainian crypto market.

The media team also held Ukraine Blockchain Week. This featured a series of Web3-focused events throughout the week. The purpose of Incrypted is to bring top crypto projects to Ukraine, so the community not only provides information about global trends, but also plays an active role in shaping them.
